Since our launch at Apple’s World Wide Developer Conference (WWDC), we have had a lot of interest in our product that helps developers get up and running with Apple’s Push Notification Services (APNS) in a hurry. In that time we’ve finalized the API documentation as well as released our demo iPhone application for testing of our product. The biggest question we get from just about every developer that reaches out to us is “what is the pricing going to be?” We’ve spent quite a bit of time talking with early-access beta developers about what this should look like as well as members of the iPhone developer community. Our goal is to make sure that the developers using our services never ask themselves “could I do this cheaper myself?” To that end, we’ve come up with pricing that we hope is reasonable for application developers:
- Unlimited applications per account
- No charge for any messages sent during development
- First 5,000 messages a month are free
- $29/mon gets you 50,000 after that
- Above 50,000 we’ll be pricing this at $0.001/msg and volume discounts will apply

- 24/7 monitoring and support of our infrastructure
- Forum and IRC support on integration
